About the Agent
- Marty Lanier is a native of Brunswick County, NC and has called southeastern North Carolina home his entire life. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve as an officer with the 824th Transportation Co. (Heavy Boat) in Morehead City, NC. Marty worked in his family construction business for over 20 years as Vice President, estimator and general manager with an Unlimited Highway License. He received his NC Real Estate License in 2007 and is also licensed in South Carolina. He is licensed with the Federal Aviation Administration to fly drones for commercial and business purposes.
As a member of the Carolinas Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute, Marty is continuing his education by taking land specific courses through RLI.
