Bud has been a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina for over 34 years and he is also licensed in South Carolina. Bud graduated in 1977 from North Carolina State University with a BS degree in Forestry and has enjoyed working and playing outdoors his entire life. He has worked as a land manager, procurement forester, forestry consultant, owner of a timber dealership and real estate broker.
