115 Acres of Hunting Land For Sale in Columbus County NC!
With a 12-acre field, flooded timber, and upland habitats, this is a prime hunting tract that is loaded with deer, turkey, and ducks!
Located off of Will Inman Road near Tabor City in Columbus County North Carolina, this is a premium-hunting tract that is loaded with game! Part of this tract is in Grissett Swamp, which is well known for attracting thousands of ducks every year. The upland areas offer great habitat for deer, turkey, and small game. The 12+/- acre field can be planted with BioLogic seed mixes to attract a wide variety of wildlife, or it could be rented to a local farmer for some annual income. Part of the field could also be developed into a duck impoundment, which would definitely draw hundreds of ducks. There is an excellent road leading into the field for easy access. There are suitable sites for an off grid hunting cabin on the property. Access to this tract is not deeded, and you will have to cross the neighboring landowner to access the tract. The neighbor has historically agreed to allow access for agriculture, hunting, and timber management.
