He is a crop consultant and scouts tobacco, wheat, beans and some vegetable crops for several farmers every year. He also does soil samples on farmland. He became a licensed real estate salesman in 1995 and then went on to get his broker’s license in 2000. He developed a subdivision in the Plain View area of Sampson County and sold all 21 lots.
