Tom Dale, the newest member of the Mossy Oak Properties/Harrell and Associates family, comes to us with 23 years of real estate sales experience. After graduating from Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont, with a degree in Business Administration, Tom was commissioned as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and served his country proudly. As a Real Estate Broker, Tom has marketed and sold homes and land from the North Carolina Coast to the Piedmont. He has specialized experience in wetlands mitigation, conservation easements, complex Federal 1031 exchanges and AICUZ (Air Installation Compatible Use Zone) requirements regarding restricted air space. His former clients include Edward Jones, Sanderson Farms, and IJL Wachovia. An avid sportsman and hiker, Tom has a great affinity for and understanding of land and can help his clients find the properties they desire for agriculture, recreation, timberland and investment. Tom volunteers as an Assistant Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 130, and recently received the God and Service Award for his efforts. He lives in Morehead City with his wife and two sons.
