Durham County land and farms are sought after by investors looking for a prime location to locate a business or development. The 298-square-mile county is part of the Research Triangle and located in the Piedmont. With a population of 322,000, land in Durham County is always a good investment. Public education is provided by Durham County Schools, and higher learning is offered at Duke University and NC Central University.
